The Associate Visual Media Creative Producer is a key contributor to creative design and content curation for the DLE Creative Development team and internal partners including Talent Casting and Booking, Character Events and Branding and Communication teams.

This position reports to the Manager, Creative Development Resources.

This is a Full Time, salaried role.

What You Will Do
  • Responsible for crafting and editing presentation material including content for internal executive presentation decks, sizzle reels, power point presentations, social media video editing and graphic design creation for department reward and recognition materials.
  • Apply adept knowledge and ability to research Disney Intellectual Property, Walt Disney legacy content, and other industry relevancy content.
  • Support multifaceted teams with outstanding video and editing skills.
  • Assist with curation and documentation, including photography, of entertainment offerings and maintain entertainment photo reference library.
  • Partner with Disneyland Resort Communications team for social media creative concepts, edit content and request approvals for final entertainment department social media videos.
  • Be a highly motivated self-starter, capable of communicating with multiple teams, taking direction well, staying informed of current visual media trends while demonstrating an innate passion for the Disney Brand.
  • Support and participate in work sessions, brainstorming and team meetings.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • 2+ years’ experience as a video editor or content creator/developer.
  • Basic understanding of creative software such as Adobe Premier, Publisher or InDesign, Photoshop, as well as other software and trends required. Experience crafting compelling PowerPoint Presentations.
  • Experience crafting previsualization and other project materials.
  • Collaborate and build documents supporting internal presentations and executive pitch decks.
  • Outstanding organizational, prioritization and time management skills and a strong attention to detail to process and handle confidential information pertinent to projects.
  • Remain current on technologies, processes and applications for organization of documentation assets and presentation materials.
  • Communicate with diverse individuals and different teams to support documentation needs of varying capacities.
  • Communicate effectively with partners across all disciplines and business segments.
  • Available and willing to work varying hours, weekends and holidays as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Keynote experience and Photography skills
Preferred Education
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Film/Video Production, VFX production, entertainment production or related field

The hiring range for this position in Anaheim, CA is $71,000.00-$95,100.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
