Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage Costco's social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Create engaging, creative, and high-quality content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing objectives.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies, integrating them into Costco's social media practices.
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely posting and updates.
Manage social media crisis communication as needed and maintain a positive brand image.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager, Community Manager, or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, etc.).
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Creativity and ability to produce visually engaging content.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Experience:

1-3 years of experience managing social media accounts for companies, brands, or individuals.
